Tagging documents allows for easy retrieval, no matter where it has to be saved. Fresh allows you to quickly tag the documents you are working on. It is also easy to initiate a search for all documents based on tag. Also note that you can see the ratings slider in the video, which allows you to rate each and every file on your computer.
